USE OF Just Casino SERVICES. The use of the services offered by Just Casino ("Services") is governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By using the Services, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Just Casino reserves the right at any time to modify or add to these Terms without prior notice to Users. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on Just Casino's website and will govern all uses of the Services thereafter.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to it, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration according to the rules set forth in your local jurisdiction's courts' codes.

EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERM. The date that you begin using the Services is deemed as an acceptance by you to these Terms and Conditions which shall remain effective until terminated by either party with or without cause.

SURVIVOR CLAUSE. In the event any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such provision will not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of other provisions herein, which remain fully binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
